Qualification:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

Experience:

  • Must have 3-4 years of relevant experience with minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience of handling administrative matters.
  • Essential experience of handling end to end events, petty cash, travel, accommodation and facility management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Jobs Responsibilities:

  • Supervise administrative matters pertaining to general office administration.
  • Assist in repair and maintenance work as per assigned timeline.
  • Maintaining the administrative stock (Stationary, maintenance tools, First Aid kit, Uniforms, etc) and updating stock report
  • .Coordinating and liaising with all the departments regarding all sorts of printing tasks and activities.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.Book meeting/conference rooms as required.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).Arrange events, travel and accommodations as and when required and Schedule in-house and external events.
  • Facility management in amicable manner by way of working along with contractors etc.
  • Ensure office requirements are fulfilled and maintenance and safety standard of office premises is up to acceptable standards.
  • Manage the support staff and actively monitor their performance.
  • Asset management by tagging and updating record.
  • Maintaining record of Gate passes.
  • Handling petty cash and settling all payments in defined time limits.
