Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi                  Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field is a standard requirement and Microsoft MCSE or equivalent certification is preferred.
  •  CCNP or equivalent certification is preferred
  • In-depth support experience and a solid general understanding of Microsoft Windows Architecture —Active Directory, Office 365.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in related jobs; Development sector experience would be a plus. Experience implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting core Windows infrastructure services, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, etc. • Experience administering the File and Print role including deploying printers via Group Policy. • Experience administering OneDrive for Business including Group Policy settings for folder redirection. • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving end users’ Office 365 services-related issues.
  • Experience in QuickBooks installation, administration, backup, and maintenance will be given preference.
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Management best practices (ITIL).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, applications, broadband internet connectivity, and any other necessary infrastructure for a small-tomedium office.
  • Administer Office 365, including administering and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain, create/delete user accounts, and develop Active Directory Group Policies and Perform routine server maintenance.
  • Provide technical support to computer users for H/W, S/W, and network connectivity, remotely if needed 
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems.
