  • Assist in record keeping / file management and Support in organizing and supervising field office activities (renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Drafting minutes of meetings and circulating for approval.
  • Oversight of Janitorial/Naib Qasid’s duty roasters & spot checks.
  • Assistant in the preparation of overtime for support staff.
  • Assist in Logistics & Fleet Management and Assist in managing and keeping an office running and Assist in Office & Vehicle Repair and Maintenance.
  • Preparation of duty roster for Support Staff and coordinating its implementation and Assist in office accommodation matters.
  • Assist in Petty Cash Management. Assist in Event Management
