The Urban Unit, Lahore Qualification:
- Graduation from an HEC-recognized institute.
Experience:
- 0 to 3 Year Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills. Well versed in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of ERP will be preferred.
Jobs Responsibilities:
- Assist in record keeping / file management and Support in organizing and supervising field office activities (renovations, event planning etc.)
- Drafting minutes of meetings and circulating for approval.
- Oversight of Janitorial/Naib Qasid’s duty roasters & spot checks.
- Assistant in the preparation of overtime for support staff.
- Assist in Logistics & Fleet Management and Assist in managing and keeping an office running and Assist in Office & Vehicle Repair and Maintenance.
- Preparation of duty roster for Support Staff and coordinating its implementation and Assist in office accommodation matters.
- Assist in Petty Cash Management. Assist in Event Management
