  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as formal skills in email writing

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, arranging transport, and hotel reservations.
  • Exhibiting polite and professional communication in person and via phone/email with travel agents and employees.
  • Carrying out timely process of transactions and updates in the travel desk system and Efficient management of stationary with recording and maintaining of stock levels.
  • Efficient management of printing materials. Issuance, deletion, and renewal of Insurance.
  • Processing of invoice payments for vendors.
  • Providing support for ad hoc projects to the administration team as and when required.
  • Should be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Office and other office equipment
