- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (BBA)
 
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience. Professional personal presentation (Well-groomed and energetic).
 - Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as formal skills in email writing
 
Duties and responsibilities:
- Make travel arrangements such as booking flights, arranging transport, and hotel reservations.
 - Exhibiting polite and professional communication in person and via phone/email with travel agents and employees.
 - Carrying out timely process of transactions and updates in the travel desk system and Efficient management of stationary with recording and maintaining of stock levels.
 - Efficient management of printing materials. Issuance, deletion, and renewal of Insurance.
 - Processing of invoice payments for vendors.
 - Providing support for ad hoc projects to the administration team as and when required.
 - Should be able to organize their work using tools, like Microsoft Office and other office equipment
