Experience:   

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates working as secretary to functional head and experience in the oil and gas sector would be preferred.
  • Candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and cloud-based online services, would be preferred.                   

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Able to schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and keep a track. Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing system.
  • Able to manage communication flow, including phone calls, emails, and internal correspondence.
  • Able to handle routine office correspondence, administrative matters and departmental tasks and maintain dispatch record.
  • Able to prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents.
