Experience:

  • Minimum 10 Years of Experience 6 Years in relevant Information / Cyber Security field. 
  • Proven experience of 10 Years of management of Cyber Security / Network Security / Information Security projects.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direction, support and a collaborative team environment while preparing and deploying resources to meet objectives 
  • Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and decision makers 
  • Develop Training and Development Program in partnership with Training and Instructional
  • Design leadership  Track performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals in order to measure value and analyze training program performance 
  • Negotiates contracts with third party training vendors as needed by the organization 
  • Provide coach the coach and train the trainer mentoring and Prepare and present training and development initiatives status, progress, next steps, etc.
  • Communicate problems or delays with an action plan on how to overcome and/or prevent
  • Identifies training solutions including a variety of delivery methods to address a global audience and meet the training goals of the team 
  • Oversees development of Training assessments and certification programs
