By Institute of Business Administration, Karachi      Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field from an HEC recognized institute. 


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position, working for mid/large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear reports for conveying complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people. Numerical and data analysis skills. Project management skills. Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business, and legal matters. 


  • Research and analyze data to determine the most feasible design solution for a project. 
  • Review plans and drawings to ensure they meet project requirements and engineering standards. 
  • Prepare designs and drawings using computer aided design programs and drafting equipment such as AutoCAD or other CAD software and Prepare construction estimates and determining cost breakdowns to ensure projects are completed within budget. Involved in tendering process, including reviewing bids submitted by subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable and competitive. 
  • Manage the construction process of a project from start to finish, including managing subcontractors and obtaining required local permits and Perform field work such as collecting soil borings, testing concrete for strength, or measuring land with surveying equipment. 
  • Prepare reports that detail the status of projects and problems that have occurred during construction
