  • Masters / MBA Supply Chain / Marketing or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years proven managerial experience in a sales or similar position. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in logistics business                                                                

Jobs Description:

  • Responsible for coordination of overall marketing activities in respective AOR, consisting of areas / cities, towns and arrange load for every task vehicles available in AOR.
  • Responsible for idling of task vehicles in respective AOR. Implement marketing strategies and tactics to successfully maintain NLC reputation in the market.
  • Analyze existing and new markets for NLC task vehicles with particular emphasis on commodity-based customers and competitors. Develop, implement and review marketing plan in conjunction with Manager Bulk Sales. Seek and evaluate business development opportunities to support business strategy, growth objectives and sales targets.  
  • Achieve sales targets assigned at individual level.
  • Suggest review targets on quarterly basis if required, and report to Manager Bulk Sales and Take action and ensure adherence.
  • Maintain accurate, reliable and timely reporting systems for Senior Bulk Sales and ensure work done is in line with SOPs / Business Plan / Instructions issued by seniors. Organize and supervise sales activities, make assessments on the results and facilitate NLC clients through effective client services programs.
  • Report suspected fraud cases to Manager Bulk Sales. Gather and provide sales leads to database administrator.
