Duties & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and development of comprehensive dashboards tailored to the specific needs of billing control operations.
• Create visually impactful and user-friendly data visualizations to enhance the communication of billing metrics and key performance indicators. Ensure the ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimization of dashboards to reflect real-time billing data and evolving business requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for Billing Control teams to maximize the utilization of dashboards, empowering them to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with various departments to understand their billing data requirements, customizing dashboards to enhance interdepartmental coordination.
• Oversee data validation processes to uphold the accuracy and reliability of billing information displayed on dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate advanced technologies and tools that enhance dashboard functionality and user experience.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics related to dashboard usage, ensuring alignment with billing control objectives.
• Generate and distribute reports based on dashboard insights, providing timely and relevant billing information to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role and Ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
