  • Master’s degree preferably Masters from HEC recognized University/Institute.                 

Experience: 

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills:  Sound knowledge of committee procedures.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely.   

Jobs Description:

  • Communicating with international faculty and to explore venues of international collaboration within specific areas.
  • Collaborating within departments of SESS and between schools   
  • Maintaining record of school’s policies and documentation of activities
  • Developing archives of research, working papers and other related activities 
  • Communicating with corporate, government and civil society – for better engagement of the school outside IBA
  • Providing support to the Dean including screening, handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries, on a range of day-to-day issues.               
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings and special events; including details such as schedule dates, venue, attendance, agendas, and facilities etc.;
