Assistant Manager Employee Relations

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore    Qualification:

• LLB or Master’s degree/Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) with specialization in Human Resources from an HEC recognized Institute.
• International Certification in Human Resources will be an advantage                            

Experience:

• 5 Years post qualification experience in related functions and must have potential experience in managing employee disciplinary matters, Grievance management and handling legal issues.
• Knowledge of provincial and federal Labor Laws is a must and Healthcare background will be an advantage.
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
