  • Master Degree preferably MBA (HR) from HEC recognized university 


  • Minimum 3-5 years post qualification relevant experience. 
  • Must possess strong analytical & communication skills with a good knack of MS Office specially Power Point.
  • Short-listing of candidates, participating in interview panels, making recommendations on recruitment. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and tracking of all transactions related to contracts, positions, recruitment, HR data, benefits, and separations. 
  • Keep track of contract expiries and notify prior to expiry of every contract for necessary action and Process offer letters and Service Contracts. Also participate in salary negotiations and Ensure that actual costs do not exceed budgeted amounts, and funds to cover personnel costs are charged against the correct budget account code.
  • Management of EOBI Benefits for entitled employees, enrollment into medical coverage plan, Group Life Insurance for death and disability claims etc.
  • Handle grievance and disciplinary cases in accordance with company’s Rules
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall HR Strategy of HMC and business strategy of CBU.
