  • Master’s degree from HEC recognized University/Institute.  


  • Minimum 4-6 years of work experience. Area of Specialty: Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.  Sound knowledge of committee procedures. Ability to write clearly and concisely.                                                                                     

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting all SSLA faculty (Full-Time and Visiting Faculty) with their classes and work Coordinating and facilitating meetings and SSLA events; including details such as schedule dates, venue, attendance, agendas, and facilities etc.
  • Recording meeting minutes and maintaining records.
  • Assisting in coordinating with other departments.
  • Managing department communications.
  • Providing support to the Chairperson including screening, handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries, on a range of day-to-day issues.
