  • MS/MBA from an HEC recognized university / Institute                        

Experience: 

  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Gathering and circulate information about the grant opportunities available at national and international level including conducting the Information session about the processes and requirements of funds/grants.      

Jobs Description:

  • Facilitating and guiding faculty members during proposal drafting and submission process.
  • Overseeing along with relevant departments, all aspects of the research administration including Budgeting, auditing, and accounting, human resources, management and maintenance of facilities and equipment, implementation of research contracts and human resources.
  • Developing research database /Dashboard to keep record of all research and consultancy opportunities available and circulated no. of research grants.
  • Carrying out market research for multiple innovative products (faculty projects), liaise directly with the faculty, closely monitor industry trends, and managing the technical development of the research product.
  • Advertising the funding /Research trainings /research collaborations opportunities within the institute including email, web pages and all social media platforms
  • Managing media campaigns to advertise and market the research achievements of faculty members and research resources available at IBA (Ex. Faculty/Labs/Research Centers)
