Assistant Manager Operations-NLC, Karachi

By National Logistic Cells (NLC), Rawalpindi                            Qualification:

• Masters / MBA Supply Chain / Marketing or 16 years of relevant equivalent qualification

Experience:

• Minimum 05 years proven working experience as on managerial position or similar position, experience in handling business project, managing team and prepare project feasibilities along with business project execution

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Readiness of TIR fleet based on the checklist and SOP available for TIR operations.
• Supervising and planning loads on TIR routes for their respective customers.
• Ensuring visa documents for drivers.
• Ensuring HSE requirements for TIR operations both for vehicle and drivers.
• Preparing, monitoring and supervising system entries required for TIR operations.
• Coordinating with Fleet Operations and FMCR team for route planning and execution.
• Coordination with custom clearing agent for clearance.
• Coordinating with border authorities for border crossing and other operational documentation requirements. Interacting with Ministries, Embassies, NHA and other important stakeholders for smooth execution of TIR operations.
• Submitting trip report on daily basis and trip cost after its completion. Rationalization and optimization of trip cost.
• Submitting daily progress report to the line manager.
