  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required. A Master’s in Business Administration or supply chain will be preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 2-5years’ of relevant experience in related fields. · Good knowledge of the INGO Operations/development sector will be a plus · MS Office Enterprise, Legal formalities, and good local market knowledge.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising all Procurements, travel (Domestic & International), accommodation, and event management matters, and serves as oversight for Office operational matters such as administration ensuring compliance with policies and procedures already in place Ensure all office procurements are completed in a timely manner adhering to company policies & SOPs.
  • Ensure complete vendor management and building relationships with clients/vendors. · Manage and maintain procurement tracking sheets, agreements, and all related files. · Ensure timely submission of documentation to the finance department for payment processing.
