Assistant Manager Student Entrepreneurship Development-IBA, Karachi

Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi            Qualification:

• Minimum Master’s degree from HEC recognized university.                                                            

Experience:

• At least 3 years of professional, relevant experience in working with students and student development.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement initiatives to engage and support undergraduate and graduate students in entrepreneurial activities at all schools.
• Responsible for responding, planning, prioritization, preparation, communications, and presentations for student entrepreneurship related activities such as workshops, entrepreneurship exhibitions/fairs, events, meetings etc.
• Execute and manage entrepreneurship skills training and workshops for IBA students.
• Manage all necessary documentation for student entrepreneurship development and monitoring such as reports on socio- economic impact, etc. Oversee the details of all events and programs including curricular and non-curricular activities (academic courses, workshops, signature programs, etc).
• Design and market student engagement events and activities; liaise with IBA’s MarComs department regularly for the CED.
• Manage and maintain records of all participants, including mentors, judges, etc.
• Help develop and coordinate CED calendar (development, review, follow-up). Recruit, instruct, manage, and evaluates student volunteers for IBA CED programs.
• Maintaining connections and partnerships with relevant stakeholders to strengthen the relationship with IBA-CED.
• Monitoring and controlling budget utilization as per approved CED budgets of Student entrepreneurship development programs
