For Institute of Business Administration, Karachi Qualification:
- At least master’s degree preferably in a relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience with preferably 3+ years of experience in testing services or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of testing services policies and procedures, including test security and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated experience in managing testing services, including developing policies and procedures, administering exams and assessments, and training staff. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement testing services policies and procedures that ensure compliance with institutional policies and procedures an
- Manage and train a team of testing services staff to ensure that they are providing high-quality testing services to students and faculty.
- Ensure that all testing services are conducted with integrity, and in compliance with institutional policies and procedures, including test security and confidentiality and Monitor and report on testing services usage, including test volume, success rates, and issues, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of testing services industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and Develop and manage testing services budgets, including staffing, equipment, and materials.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff by responding to inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues related to testing services.
