Building Information Modelling (BIM) Engineer-Karachi

For Frontier Works Organization (FWO), Rawalpindi              Qualification:

• BE Civil Engineering

Experience & Skills:

• 1-3 years’ experience in BIM with MEP/HVAC REVIT modeling with Arch and Structure   
• Proficiency in Auto Desk Revit, Synchro 4D and Auto CAD  

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography and other topographical or geologic data to plans projects.
• Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems and structures, following construction and government standards, using design software and drawing tools.
• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades and evaluations to guide construction.
• Works with the design team to develop safe, efficient and effective projects that will fall within the budget.
• Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications
