By Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi for a Karachi based newly established Renewable Energy company. Qualification:
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
- Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the renewable energy sector.
- Analyze competitor strategies and performance to inform business development efforts.
- Design, develop, and manage the tender process to secure new projects and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all tender submissions.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and PowerPoint presentations to senior management.
- Identify potential risks related to business development activities and tender processes.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project and business continuity.
