- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, business administration. Candidates with certification in Lean Management of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt or additional certification in sustainability or ESG with experience of leading lean transformation projects would have added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the oil & gas sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Able to assist in the formulation and execution of Business Excellence Framework to enhance operational performance.
- Able to develop and implement lean management strategies and tools to promote environmental sustainability.
- Capable of leading lean projects, using tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Justin-time (JIT), to achieve operational excellence and Capable of measuring and analyzing the impact of lean initiatives and suggest recommendations.
- Able to coordinate with departments to ensure compliance and foster a culture of continuous improvement and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) consciousness.
- Capable of analyzing business process and drive initiatives and suggest improvement. Able to design and implement methodologies for analyzing business model and relevant process components.
- Capable of performing market and industry research, bench marking and identification of improvement opportunities through gap analysis
