Al-Emadi Hospitality-Doha, Qatar Qualification:
- High School education/Diploma any relevant education
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Hotel/Hospitality industry experience is preferable
- Language: Proficiency in English is must, while additional language skills are an asset. Communication: Excellent communication skills with customer service skills. Computer knowledge: Must be a computer literate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise the smooth and efficient telephone services offered to our guests.
- Understand and adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the Department’s Operations Budget is strictly adhered to, and that all cost are strictly controlled.
- Operate switchboard according to assigned shift.
- Book and connect overseas calls requested by Executive Offices and VIPs.
