  • High School education/Diploma any relevant education

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Hotel/Hospitality industry experience is preferable
  • Language: Proficiency in English is must, while additional language skills are an asset. Communication: Excellent communication skills with customer service skills. Computer knowledge: Must be a computer literate.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the smooth and efficient telephone services offered to our guests.
  • Understand and adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that the Department’s Operations Budget is strictly adhered to, and that all cost are strictly controlled.
  • Operate switchboard according to assigned shift.
  • Book and connect overseas calls requested by Executive Offices and VIPs.
