Experience:
- At least 06 years of post qualification experience or at least 09 years of experience. Must have experience of Rules & Regulations of Regulatory Framework.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervising and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervising and oversee the compliance of SSGC’s license conditions, performance and service standards.
- Supervising in MIS data preparation of reports for senior management on consumer complaints.
- Ensure implementation of measures for improving the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management.
- Achieve high professional and technical standards ensuring an up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, guidance, standards and techniques and Knowledge of Rules, Regulations and Ordinance and other applicable laws.
