• Licensed Civil Engineer.

Experience:      

• Minimum 4 years of experience.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong knowledge of QS, QA/QC, and cost estimation.
• Valid UAE driving license. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural drafting and detailed drawings.
• Conduct inspections of structural works on-site.
• Prepare cost estimations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Handle Quantity Surveying (QS) and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) tasks. Handle submission and approval from communities and municipalities.
