• BS/BE Civil Engineering

Experience:

• 2 to 8 years’ experience  Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction processes, and relevant software. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction. Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with a diverse team. Controlling of more than 100 person, find the solution for all problems at the project on the site and you have very good control for the staff on the site. Project Management: Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Planning and Design: Developing project designs, including blueprints and technical drawings. Conducting feasibility studies and site assessments. Analyzing survey reports, maps, and other data to design new projects. Preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment. Construction and Supervision: Overseeing construction activities to ensure adherence to plans and specifications. Monitoring project progress and conducting site inspections. Managing budgets and project resources. Ensuring projects comply with legal requirements, including health and safety regulations. Technical Expertise: Using design software to create project drawings and renderings. Overseeing soil testing and other geo-technical assessments. Providing technical support to contractors and construction teams. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with architects, clients, and other professionals. Preparing public reports, such as bid proposals and environmental impact statements. Providing engineering information and answering questions.
