• MBBS Medical house job recommended but not required

Jobs Description:

• Use clinical knowledge and ICD-10 coding to clean, code and classify patient data from Indus Health Network Primary Care Hospitals and Clinics
• Help identify and develop a list of commonly encountered symptoms and diseases at the primary care clinics
• Help bring uniformity to entry of the clinical data at the different facilities pertaining to  diagnostics, provisional and final diagnoses, pharmacy and referrals..
• Analyze and present data on disease burdens from each site
• Organize and conduct on site and off site training sessions for the clinicians in the department to improve their overall quality of data entry and patient care (as needed, and  in consultation with Clinical Leads).
