Superiority of Modern Services LLC (SOMS), Oman Qualification:
- Engineer Degree or Master’s Degree in computer science or have a comparable qualification.
Experience:
- +10 years’ experience in the administration and optimization of the SAP PM and MM. Experience in project and SAP architect is a plus.
- Experience in spare parts cataloguing, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Office software packages (Excel, power BI, etc.) Unisol.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects for the development, implementation, and operational readiness of the Computerized Maintenance & Inspection Management System (CMIMS) and spare parts strategy.
- Develop and maintain productive and constructive relationships with site-based personnel, office operations/technical teams, external contractors/vendors and engineering team.
- Lead the setup and configuration of the CMIMS, ensuring alignment with project and corporate standards.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to collect and validate technical data.
- Ensure CMIMS is structured and maintained up to date.
- Develop technical Scopes of Work and Participate to the preparation of call for tenders.
- Being SAP key user, ensure correct use of the CMIMS.
