Experience:

• Have 15 years’ experience of managing major construction projects.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project and Responsible for the on-site management of discipline specific construction activities.
• Monitor performance of the construction supervision team to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure that positive working relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors and our employees are maintained. • Provide leadership and accountability for the implementation and measurable performance on site. 
• Direct the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities and Determine the team requirements for the defined scope and schedule. 
• Responsible for the overall management of all administrative, commercial and technical services required for the management of the project. • Provide direction to planning, scheduling and engineering functions as required.
• Ensure timely acceptance of shop drawings in coordination with design manager and the carrying out reports and other documentation required for the project.
