Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are highly valued.
Experience:
- Twenty (20) years of relevant experience in Petrochemical operations.
- Skills: Technical studies, Documentation and Resolutions. Engineering Discipline Material, Equipment and Facilities.
- Process Improvement and Optimization. Safety Measures and Standards. Refinery / Chemical Product Planning. Product Development.
- Safe Working Practice, Disaster Management and Hazardous Chemicals. Technical Standards and Regulations.
- Quality Management. Facilities Management
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of several project assessments starting with the stage of Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Engineering and beyond.
- Provide technical recommendations on Process engineering aspects under Refinery & Petrochemical scopes with accurate and quick real-time engineering solutions, also advice on the best practices of the industry and Provide an objective insight to the existing operational challenges and offer focused solutions especially with the new facility design.
- Develop technical packages, technical interface basis (e.g. process rates, qualities to other units, utilities load and plot requirements).
- Advice Process Engineering team on advancement of technology, optimum production, safety, occupational Health and environmental conservation procedures
