IBA, Karachi Qualification:
- undergraduate or Masters in any discipline.
Experience:
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good command on MS Office and Good command on English Language especially Verbal, Email and other forms of Writing
Jobs Description:
- Acting as a first point of contact for CEE Director and Team office, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their team and / or Director’s attention.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often managing access to the Director/Team CEE.
- Reminding the Director/Team CEE of important tasks and deadlines. Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing databases and filing systems. Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems. Liaising with faculty, staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Desk research for proposals and curriculum development. Miscellaneous tasks to support the team.
- Writing and maintaining meeting minutes
