Job Description

One of our Prestigious client looking for CSR for a Call Center Representative, or Call Center Agent, takes calls from customers answering questions or addressing any concerns they may have. Their duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems.

Benefits & Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of Call Center experience but fresher can also apply
  • Experience agents can get even more good package based on their skills
  • Good English communication
  • Basic Salary 18,000 to 60,000
  • Daily Bonuses
  • Night Shift, Day shift and evening shift
  • Interview Timing: 3pm to 6pm
