• Masters

Experience:

•  Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefit programs at reputable organization preferably in a multinational organization and experience in Designing, implementation and management of Compensation and Benefits programs, practices and policies.

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Develop Pay structure through competitive analysis and market survey.
• Designing Incentives and bonus schemes across the organization
• Must have Knowledge of benchmarking tools and job evaluation methodologies.
• Must suggest programs to link pay with performance
• Use professional concepts to resolve complex compensation and benefits related issues in creative and effective ways.
