Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment & selection experience in a reputable organization preferably in a multinational organization.
• Experience in hosting and participating in job fairs 

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Proficient with all recruitment activities (e.g selection, interviewing, screening and evaluating) and Providing practical support and guidance to seniors throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicating with applicants (e.g inviting them to interview or notifying them their application has been unsuccessful)
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
