• Law Graduate

Experience:

• At least 3 years Bar Enrollment and 8 years of relevant experience.                        

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Minutely study the Court cases / Wafaqi Mohtasib, assign them to relevant person for obtaining appropriate comments (within the franchise area + Wafaqi Mohtasib), Thereafter after going through the plaint / petitions, call appropriate comments from concerned department and to explain them the controversy / issue involved.
• Being the Attorney for legal matters, sign, verify and depose before all Courts.
• Holding meetings with Counsel to brief them about the Company’s point of view and to formulate strategy to obtain favorable result for the benefit of the Company.
• Prepare replies to Legal Notices and to deliver inter-departmental opinion / advice in relevant matters. Selection of appropriate advocates.
• Recommending / engaging suitable legal counsel(s) to contest cases on immediate basis in order to safeguard the Organization’s interest.
• Keep a vigilant eye on the Court proceedings, to obtain feedback and to maintain dates of the cases so that no adverse order is passed.
• Submission of various statements, keeping liaison with the respective dealing Counsel and providing them necessary assistance and Preparing precise statement of facts and to send concerned lawyer for the Company.
• Obtain relevant documents from concerned department.
• Deliver opinion /advise as to inter departmental issues/queries.
• Obtain legal digest to keep up-dated cases laws.
• Prepare detail for recording of evidence before the Court.
• Always in line with the concerned regional staff to get the updates in relation to different cases to monitor the lawyer’s performance in the light of the organization interest and the policies of as well.
• Handle Regulatory, Tax, Land, Corporate, Labour Litigation.
