• Master’s degree, A doctorate degree is preferred.

Experience:

• At least 7-8 years with a Master’s degree.
• At least 2 years with a doctorate degree.
• Understanding of local country’s laws and regulations

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with collaborators, stakeholders, and partners to ensure open communication and alignment of all resources and efforts and Provide strategic support to the project team in planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Conduct field visits to assess the challenges and lead liaison and facilitate implementation accordingly.
• Support in preparing and submitting donor reports.
• Ability to travel for meetings, conferences, or other liaison activities and Prepare comprehensive reports on the status, impact & outcomes of liaison activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and Respond appropriately to criticism from a supervisor and/or junior team member(s).
• Support a positive work environment and effectively influence and motivate team members.
• Support a learning atmosphere for their personal and professional growth and Develop and present progress and learnings at relevant meetings.
• Ensure implementation of project is in line with organizational and donor policies as applicable
