Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), Karachi   Qualification:

  • At least a CA Finalist or a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of procurement or supply chain management experience. Turnkey projects procurement experience will have an edge. Skills: Proficiency in SAP (preferably SAP MM & FIN module) and MS Office. Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Financial, analytical, and risk management capabilities. 

Jobs Description:

  • Develop and implement a centralized procurement strategy for efficiency and cost savings. Establish strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with ICAP policies.
  • Lead procurement negotiations and contract management.
  • Ensure ethical sourcing and compliance enforcement.
  • Ensure governance and regulatory compliance in all procurement activities. Drive cost optimization and identify local sourcing opportunities. Develop procurement performance reports and promote ethical compliance.
  • Represent ICAP in industry forums and stakeholder engagements.
