Punjab Healthcare Commission, Lahore Qualification:
- MBBS/BDS/Pharm-D with Post Graduation in clinical subjects/Masters in Public Health/Health Management or equivalent Post Graduate Degree from HEC/PM&DC recognized institutes.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the relevant field with sound exposure to healthcare service delivery systems of public and/or private sectors.
- Must have strong computer literacy
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage hearing process and its proceedings.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all AQC record and actions and Develop & Implement Anti Quackery (AQ)/Enforcement strategies.
- Ensure implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) of the directorate/department.
- Responsible for formulation of operational plans.
- Liaison with key stakeholders such as Health Department, DGHS, EDOs and other district authorities for the implementation of Anti Quackery / Enforcement activities on behalf of PHC.
- Monitor & Maintain detail record of day to day enforcement activities conducted by Enforcement Managers and Responsible for planning and conducting regular field visits and perform day to day enforcement activities.
- Ensure weekly & monthly reporting of the AQ and Enforcement activities. Assist in preparing progress reports (as required) and share with the Head of Department
