Deputy General Manager Operations Technology-Karachi

For Human Resource Solutions International (HRSI), Karachi          Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education i.e. 4-years Bachelor’s Degree, from HEC recognized institutes or equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Marketing.      

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 5 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in a middle management position.
• Experience in automation, integration and Operation technology projects. Preferable PMP Certification.
• Experience and understanding of third-party systems integration with SAP is mandatory
• Deep understanding of integration practices and standards.  

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recommend and implement new investments within the Operations technology infrastructure to ensure that Operational Technology (OT) systems are integrated through a coherent and manageable framework to maximize flexibility and efficiency, while minimizing maintenance overheads.
• Establish Technology framework, architecture and implement procedures and controls that ensure that information and data are secure.
• Manage business continuity and disaster recovery within the department. Provide strategic advices and recommendations in the development and implementation of new or modified operating policies, procedures and Operation technology for the integrated system to bring efficiency.
• Implement short- and long-term goals, objectives and plans; monitor their effectiveness for improvement.
