- Manage and designing and execution of power generation projects for steam turbine and condensing type coal and bio-mass and monitoring and managing overall operations of power generation facilities, ensuring efficient and reliable power production and leading and guiding a team of engineers, technicians and other staff members, providing direction, support to achieve key objectives
- Develop and implement long-term strategies and plans for power generation, considering factors such as capacity expansion, maintenance, regulations and environmental standards governing power generation activities
- Planning and monitoring expenditures to optimize costs while maintaining operational effectiveness
