Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end billing process for industrial, domestic, and commercial connections within the jurisdiction of designated zone.
- Develop a meter reading plan on monthly basis to strictly follow the monthly billing cycle of the assigned zone.
- Review meter readings, consumption patterns, and billing records to identify discrepancies and resolve billing errors promptly.
- Ensure that meter reading activity is accomplished timely as per approved plan. Ensure that meter readings are entered into CC&B for bill generation in a timely manner.
- Ensure that bills are printed and delivered to the respective customers as per the billing cycle.
- Prepare billing reports on monthly basis for reporting purposes.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing statements and meter readings in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding billing inquiries, payment options, and billing-related complaints.
- Comply with the risk management framework.
- Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded and managed in a timely manner.
- Receive appropriate training in risk management.
