• MBA preferably in Finance / ACCA

Experience:

• 02 Years of qualification experience.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Frame work will be considering as an added advantage                                

Job Responsibilities:

• Review complaints and its responses received from the concerned departments to prepare case files and submit as per the standards, rules and regulations.
• Analyze and obtain evidences required to justify the SSGC instances and prepare responses for OGRA.
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports on OGRA consumer attend hearings along with Senior Executive regarding Consumer Complaints at OGRA offices. 
• Coordinate sensitive and escalated complaints ensuring senior managers are briefed where appropriate.
• Comply with the risk management framework.
