• MBA preferably in Supply Chain from HEC recognized university
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience.
• Experience of PPRA rules and regulations is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain a checklist of Service Contracts (SC), Foreign Purchases (FP), Local Purchase (SC) files to ensure that all required documents are complete. This includes documents such as the inquiry Status Report, PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) advertisement, SSGC (Sui Southern Gas Company) advertisement, memo publication, press clippings (for press tenders), and any other necessary paperwork. Maintain regular communication with the User Department through email before the tender opening.
• Coordinating and obtaining any necessary information or clarifications regarding the tender. 
• Analyze data received from System Planning a Monitoring section distribute it to corresponding sections and ensure that the information reaches the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries received from respective bidders and maintain transparency so that bidders make informed decisions while submitting their proposals.
• Comply with the risk management framework.
• Ensure that key risks are identified, reported, recorded, and managed in a timely manner.
