Job Responsibilities:
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
- Provide ongoing customized sales and marketing plans to our Online customers to increase our share of sales and Set digital strategies for Amico Group customers, considering their specific requirements
- Suggest, design, and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
- Implement online sales promotions on our customers’ websites to increase sell-out. Implement branding activities to improve brand presence on our customers’ website and their related social media platforms
- Provide all necessary marketing support and materials needed for the best implementation of our marketing campaigns (marketing message, visuals, call-to-action, posts, videos, consumer engagement activities…)
- Apply KPIs to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the activities and campaigns
- Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters and Present and train on social media strategies to clients
- Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns and Prepare and present reports on their progress and Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO.
