• PhD. in Social Sciences, Humanities, Management Sciences or Computer Science

Experience:

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience with academia, International Donor Agencies, Research Institutes and Think Tanks and Manage and enhance the research activities of the university through mapping faculty research areas with industry opportunities.
• Should have an entrepreneurial mindset with commercialization experience of commercializing ideas, products and services in the field of languages, social sciences and computer sciences. 
• Should have strong ties with the donor agencies, government, business / industry, entrepreneurs, national / international universities and social communities.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and growing non-profit organizations and Develop Research policies and priorities
