Jobs Description:

  1. Inspect rooms on daily basis and reports to Front Office Manager.
  2. Greets and escorts guests to their rooms.
  3. To ensure smooth operation of Front desk during his shift.
  4. To ensure politeness and courteous service to the guests,
  5. To ensure prompt and adequate transportation to all incoming and out going guests, in his shift.
  6. Ensure proper billing of guest bills as per management policy.
  7. Assist in making monthly production reports.
  8. Makes recommendations for replacements, change of jobs, promotions and training of his staff to Front Office Manager.
  9. Ensures that room discrepancy report is made, Correctly
  10. Ensures that, baggage of guest is kept safe and delivered promptly.
  11. Deals efficiently with guest complaints and reports to F.O.M.
  12. Check all the departmental logbooks.
  13. Adheres to the enforcement of all house policies, Rules and Regulation pertaining to front offices activities and Follow up on over due/high balance accounts.
  14. To ensure that all reservations/enquiries are deals efficiently and answered back immediately and Trains personnel of every section in front office.
  15. Performs any other duties that may be specifically assigned from time to time by the management.
  16.  Will recommend leaves, working schedules, initiate disciplinary action against staff reporting to him
