- First class Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical).
Experience:
- Nearly 5-8 Years of work experience.
- Hands on experience in electrical design of transformers up to 10mVA, 33kV class.
- Hands on experience with customer technical specifications. Involvement in new product development, design improvements.
- Customer interactions, vendor development and evaluations. After sales service exposure.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for detailed electrical designs, preparation of bill of materials, material purchase specifications and quality assurance systems related to transformers in order to meet customers technical requirements and quality expectations.
- Preparation of detailed electrical designs of distribution, power & special transformers up-to 10MVA, 33kV class.
- Verification of Electrical / Mechanical design outputs.
- Preparation of manufacturing details and design data sheets. Preparation of purchase specifications and assistance to Purchase Department in Vendor evaluations. Technical assistance to the production and procurement departments during manufacturing.
- Decisions on deviations from design during manufacturing. Root cause analysis, problem solving and continuous improvement of existing designs based on manufacturing or site feedbacks.
- Development of new products in line with customer expectations, market intelligence and to increase competitiveness.
