Experience:
- 5 – 8 Years minimum of 03 years experience in the job.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Diagnose standard software and hardware issues and coordinate with respective vendors for resolution in case required.
- Installation/re-installation/ configuration of systems, printers, scanners.
- Configure computing devices per the desktop/laptop standardization policies of the end user
- Installation/re-installation/ configuration of in-scope client software/ applications and Troubleshooting email client related issues.
- Troubleshooting printer/scanner related issues and issues related to standard MS office software and internet clients.
- Support for local area network issues (LAN), WAN, Wireless and DHCP clients.
- Troubleshoot antivirus, encryption and Data Loss Prevention software.
- Install approved patches onto client computing devices.
- Troubleshoot print queue related issues. Desktop / Laptop support OS packaging planning reports and Software packaging planning reports.
- Deploy software patches and Support business on IT infrastructure related projects when assigned and Support Video Conference hardware or software related troubleshooting and Evaluate end user requirements for computing device and Assist in the IT equipment procurement process.
- Maintain inventory and lifecycle of computing assets.
