- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in petroleum engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the E&P sector.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capable of executing fundamental reservoir engineering analysis, including PVT Analysis, BHP & P/Z Analysis, Well Test Interpretation and MDT Analysis. Able to develop EOS and IPM Suite models to generate & optimize production forecasts.
- Capable of Initiating and conducting reservoir studies, identifying new opportunities of production and reserves optimization.
- Capable of carrying out reserves estimation and Hydrocarbon initially in-place (HCIIP) using various techniques such as volumetric, material balance, DCA, reservoir simulation, analogy etc. and providing recommendations.
- Capable to providing support in carrying out project feasibility analysis (proficiency in Merak PEEP & DTK) and formulating optimum field development strategies for assigned projects.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and improve project outcomes.
- Able to perform estimation of prospective resources and prepare production & cost profiles using analytical models.
