- Preferably Bachelors and any relevant certification like Secretarial course would be an advantage.
Experience:
- At least 5 years work experience in related field.
- Proven experience of filing, maintaining documents and records, scheduling meetings, travel management, payment processing, and maintaining timesheets and coordinating.
Jobs Description:
- Support in hosting board meetings, Documenting board minutes, arrangement of meetings and Arrange and coordinate travel of Board Directors Pakistan.
- Managing ticketing, visas etc. (applications and submissions).
- For quotes from different agents and airlines and Coordinate pick and drop to and from airport.
- Prepare all PRs for travel and submission to finance for reimbursement.
- Routine visits to Banks and/or offices for matters like payments, attestation of documents, renewals etc.
