For Center for Executive Education, IBA University, Karachi Qualification:
- At least bachelors’ degree from an HEC recognized institute
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Skills: Equipped with professional customer service skills, Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office software and Social media,
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring day-to-day smooth operations of all PGDs as per relevant SOP /Tracker along with whole admission process under Manager CEE’s advice.
- Maintaining records of participants /faculty /guest speakers /existing and prospective clients /attendance /minutes /registration files /course evaluations Developing PGDs’ Annual Calendar under advice of Manager CEE.
- Always Implementing relevant CEE’s SOPs.
- Regularly liaise with accounts /finance department to ensure participants’ fees are received and faculty /vendor payments are made on time.
- Provide logistical support to participants and faculty, and handle their issues politely and in the most professional manner.
- Develop a detailed data base of potential new customers /clients.
- Use Mail merge or other appropriate software to dissem
- Provide support to faculty and students in managing classes, labs, ERP and LMS. Ensuring all PGD Projects are delivered on time and with full effectiveness by providing support to Project Advisors under advice of Manager CEE.
- Developing all Files of PGD Projects and Leadership Clinic timely and with professional tagging. Championing PGDs across internal and external forums /platforms for raising interest /awareness of the programs. Getting the PGDs’ web presence up to date especially maintaining the visit log.
